Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product details accurate, including model names, compatibility notes, and availability for Digital Signature Certificate usage.

Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) are issued by licensed Certifying Authorities. epasstoken.in only provides USB token devices required for secure access.

• Products include genuine USB Digital Signature Tokens such as ePass Token and HyperPKI devices.
• Packaging, model revision, and branding may vary by manufacturer batch.
• Token activation, DSC issuance, and software compatibility may depend on external certifying authorities and user system configuration.

Pricing & Payment (INR)

All prices displayed on epasstoken.in are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). Applicable taxes and final payable amount are shown during checkout.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay.
• You are responsible for using valid and authorized payment methods.
• In case of payment failure or reversal, the order is not confirmed until successful payment is received.

Order Acceptance

Order confirmation email or SMS indicates that your request has been received, but acceptance is subject to stock availability, payment validation, and serviceability.

• We may cancel or decline an order due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or incomplete customer details.
• If an order is cancelled before dispatch, eligible payment is refunded as per the Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nettax LLP and epasstoken.in are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website, delayed deliveries by courier, third-party gateway downtime, or incompatibility caused by external software or authority systems.

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
