epasstoken.in is owned and operated by Nettax LLP, Ahmedabad, India. We sell HyperPKI ePass USB tokens and take orders for digital signature certificates and for token services such as PIN reset and update. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Digital signature certificates are issued by Certifying Authorities licensed by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), not by Nettax LLP.
Use of the website
You agree to use epasstoken.in only for lawful purchases and for support requests about our products and services.
- You must give accurate order, billing and delivery details.
- You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with checkout and payment systems.
- Content on this website is for product and service information and may be updated without notice.
Products and services
We make reasonable efforts to keep product details accurate, including model names, compatibility notes and availability.
- Tokens are genuine HyperPKI ePass devices. Packaging, model revision and branding may vary by manufacturer batch.
- A digital signature certificate is issued only after the Certifying Authority has verified your identity, for example through Aadhaar or PAN eKYC and video verification.
- Whether a token or certificate works with a particular application or portal can depend on your computer's configuration and on that portal's requirements.
Pricing and payment
All prices on epasstoken.in are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). Applicable taxes and the final amount payable are shown before you pay. Token orders carry a courier charge of Rs. 80 per order.
- Payments are processed through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay.
- You are responsible for using a valid payment method that you're authorized to use.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order is not confirmed.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation email or SMS means we have received your request. Acceptance is subject to stock availability, payment verification and delivery serviceability.
- We may cancel or decline an order because of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud or incomplete customer details.
- If we cancel an order before dispatch, any payment received is refunded as set out in our refund policy.
Cancellations and returns
See our cancellation policy for cancelling an order and our return and refund policy for returns. Used tokens and activated certificates can't be returned.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nettax LLP and epasstoken.in are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website, courier delays, payment gateway downtime, or incompatibility caused by external software or Certifying Authority systems.
Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
