Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch confirmation.

• Submit cancellation requests quickly using your order details.
• Once cancellation is approved, no dispatch will be initiated for that order.

No Cancellation After Shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled after the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.

Refund for Pre-Dispatch Cancellation

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the paid amount is refunded to the original payment method as per standard banking timelines.
